Traditionally thought of as the vast expanse outside of ourselves, The Universe is home to everything we know. Though have you ever paused to consider that you yourself contain a vast, interconnected Universe of cells, bacteria and atoms, which are in a constant state of exchange with energies and dimensions considered (from their perspective) to be ‘out there’. So just as a cell can not be distinguished between itself and the greater body in which it resides, there can be no ultimate distinction between you and The Universe in which you reside.
