This formal existence is comprised of opposites. It is from this duality that we are born. Many of us end up clinging to either pole of the opposites, so much so that it can often cause a divide between us. The answer is to rise above this Polarity and find a balance that allows us to love one another unconditionally; This is the goal we should strive for.
